the Bloody Mary

Brunch done right.

There are a million stories about this cocktail, but we think credit goes to George Jessel, star of stage and screen, who tells a convincing story of hungover Hollywood in the 1920’s. However it started, this is one cocktail that you can make entirely to your own taste.

To taste: celery salt, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, grated horseradish, hot sauce

Combine ingredients in large glass or jar, stir thoroughly, and let sit 10 mins. Prepare tall glass with salt & smoked paprika rim, add ice and pour in cocktail mix.

Garnish with celery, olives, cocktail onions, and pickles.
