Spritz cocktails have been de rigueur in Europe for decades. They define summer afternoons with just the right quaffable combination of sweet, bitter, bubbles, and icy cold.
2 oz Campari or Aperol
half oz lemon juice
soda or seltzer
In a large wine glass, add everything but soda over ice and stir or swirl to combine. Fill with soda and garnish with fresh citrus.
