Tom Collins

Our favorite Collins brother.

The Collins family are a diverse clan of spirit sours in eponymous tall glasses. Tom, our favorite and one of the originals, features gin, lemon and sugar, and club soda.

• 2 oz Rhodium Gin or Rhodium Forager’s Gin

• 1 oz lemon juice

• half oz simple syrup

• Soda or seltzer

Stir gin, lemon, syrup with ice in a tall glass to mix, fill with soda or seltzer. Garnish with lemon zest or slice.
