This Prohibition-era cocktail is a smart twist on a gin sour, using honey in place of sugar. Made with Rhodium Forager’s Gin, it’s a freshly herbal and bright speakeasy classic.
half oz honey syrup*
1.5 tablespoons lemon juice
Combine in a shaker with ice, shake strain into martini glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
*To make honey syrup combine equal parts honey and hot water and stir until combined. Bottle and refrigerate.
