The Classic Martini
Stirred, not shaken.
There’s a world of legend about a martini, but at the end of the day it’s just a very cold glass of very tasty spirits. Use Rhodium Gin or Rhodium Vodka, and add the most flavorful vermouth you can get your hands on.
2 oz Rhodium Gin or Vodka
half oz vermouth (or less to taste)
Combine with ice in shaker. STIR until shaker is frosted or the fingers holding it are too cold to go on, whichever comes first. Strain into small martini glass. Garnish twist of lemon (or an olive, if you must).
