Pumpkin Spice Vodka

64 proof / 32% alc

New for 2024: This release features the classic fall flavors of pumpkin spice in our crisp clean vodka. Made with baking spices and a touch of cane sugar, it will warm up your cool nights with cozy spirits.

Orange Liqueur

50 proof / 25% abv

Our distinctive Orange Liqueur combines the peel of two varieties of sweet orange and one of bitter orange with aromatic spices and a touch of cane sugar. A decadent after dinner treat or cocktail addition.

Classic Gin, Barrelled

100 proof / 50% abv

A seasonal variation of our classic gin. We borrowed an ex bourbon barrel from our friends at Working Man Distillers, then added gin and let it have a good long rest. Lightly spiced and ready for your cocktail creations.

The Coffee Trio

New for 2024: Our distinctive Coffee & Black Walnut Flavored Vodka gets a trio of seasonal variations that add a certain holiday flair to your spirits selections.

Nutty Coffee Vodka with added flavor from a rest in an ex-Working Man Distillers’ bourbon barrel

Seasonal Cocktails

Pumpkin Spice Iced Coffee

In a shaker with ice, add:

  • ounce and 1/2 Pumpkin Spice Vodka

  • 3/4 ounce coconut cream or half & half


Pour into tall glass with ice, fill with coffee and top with a shake of cocoa.

Autumn Adventure 

In a shaker with ice, add:

  • ounce and 1/2 Orange Liqueur

  • 1/4 oz limoncello

  • Ounce and 1/2 cranberry juice

  • 2 dashes orange bitters

Shake, strain into martini glass, add orange zest

Spiced Gin Old Fashioned

In a rocks glass muddle a cherry and an orange slice with sugar. Add:

  • 2 ounces Barrel Rested Gin

  • 2 dashes angostura bitters

    Stir and garnish with cherry

Cinnamon Orchard

In a shaker with ice, add:

  • ounce and 1/2 Pumpkin Spice Vodka

  • ounce and 1/2 apple cider

Shake & pour over ice in rocks glass, cinnamon sugar rim, dash of bitters

Night Sap

In a shaker with ice, add:

  • ounce and 1/2 Coffee Black Walnut: Orange

  • ounce and 1/2 cold brew coffee

  • 1/2 ounce maple syrup

  • 1 dash angostura bitters

Shake and strain over fresh ice in tall glass. Top with tonic, garnish with orange twist

Cowboy Coffee

In a shaker with ice, add:

  • 2 ounces Coffee Black Walnut: Bourbon Barrel Rested

  • 1/2 ounce vanilla simple syrup

  • 2 dashes angostura bitters

Shake and strain over fresh ice in rocks glass. Garnish with lemon twist

Death By Morning

In a shaker with ice, add:

  • ounce and 1/2 Coffee Black Walnut: Chocolate

  • ounce and 1/2 cold brew coffee

  • Bar spoon absinthe

  • Bar spoon vanilla simple syrup

  • 1 dash mint bitters

  • 1 dash angostura bitters

  • Pinch salt

    Shake and strain into martini glass. Garnish with chocolate shavings

Spice of Night

In a shaker with ice, add:

  • ounce and 1/2 Coffee Black Walnut: Orange

  • 1/2 ounce sweet vermouth

  • ounce and 1/2 cold brew coffee

  • Bar spoon pumpkin spice simple syrup

  • 1 dash orange bitters

    Shake and strain into martini glass. Garnish with cinnamon
