the Paloma
A fresh take on grapefruit
Wildly popular in Mexico, the Paloma is usually a combination of tequila and fresh grapefruit juice. We’ve updated it with our Grapefruitcello for a fresh take.
In a tall glass with ice, add:
1.5 oz Rhodium Grapefruitcello
1.5 oz good tequila
splash fresh lime juice
Combine ingredients, fill with tonic water. Garnish with lime peel or slice.
